Situated in a very large private garden thet is gated and fenced9secure for kids and pets) in what is now a conservation zone of lovely old chalets.
The chalet 124 is decorated in the seaside style.
Comprising a large sitting dining room for six, a 28" TV and Video player a radio tape, and books. There is a coal fire for cooler times.
Three bedrooms, two double a kids bedroom with bunkbeds A fully equiped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and two fridges, (one for the beers and cool drinks). A bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower.
Along the rear is a sun room equiped with toys & games and also beach items and outside through the patio doors there is a raised patio/BBQ area for six.
The patio is screened with shrubs and is quite private (wink).
Just across the road is the path to the beach, kids dont like walking and you dont have to get the car out!
Full seaside amenities are available at Cleethorpes and there are local shops available just a short walk away.
Pets are welcome for a small extra charge but please bring their bedding and bowls
